Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ghostframemedia.com, request a pitch pack or work with GhostFrame Media ("we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you sign a proposal or agreement with us, that document wins wherever it differs from these terms.
What we do
We are a white-label studio for agencies that serve realtors. We write scripts, edit reels and prepare market reports and monthly reports that you deliver to your clients under your own brand.
Free pitch pack
- Each agency can get one free pitch pack. We verify it with your agency website, Instagram and work email.
- We may decline a request that looks incomplete, duplicated or outside the realtor market.
- Clients get 3-4 pitch packs a month included in their plan. Extra packs beyond that cost $200 each, credited to the first month if the prospect signs.
- You confirm that the prospect's Instagram account is public and that you're pitching them in good faith.
Plans and payment
Prices are per realtor per month, as shown on our website or in your proposal. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you can cancel before your next billing date and we'll finish the work already paid for. Fees already paid aren't refunded.
Your content and approvals
- You send us the raw footage, brand assets and information we need, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
- Each reel includes 2 rounds of revisions.
- You and your client are responsible for checking that published content meets real estate advertising rules and platform policies.
Ownership
Once an invoice is paid, the finished scripts, reels and reports from that period belong to you and your client. We keep the right to our own tools, templates and methods. We won't show your clients' names or faces in our marketing without your permission.
White label and confidentiality
We don't contact your clients or tell them we exist. Each side keeps the other's non-public business information confidential.
No guaranteed results
Results we show on this site come from real accounts, but views, comments, leads and signed clients depend on many things outside our control. We don't guarantee any specific result.
Liability
Our services and website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect work already paid for.
