Privacy Policy

GhostFrame Media ("we", "us") makes white-label video for agencies that serve realtors. This policy explains what we collect through ghostframemedia.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a pitch pack, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your agency's name, website and Instagram account
- Your work email
- How many realtors your agency works with today
- The public Instagram account of the prospect you want to pitch
We also record the date and time of the request and the page you sent it from. Like most websites, our host keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
About your prospect's information
To build a pitch pack we look at the prospect's public Instagram profile and posts, and public market data. We don't log in to their account, we don't collect anything that isn't publicly visible, and we never contact your prospect. The finished pitch pack goes only to you.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the pitch pack you asked for
- To check that each agency gets one free pitch pack
- To reply to you about your request and, if you become a client, about your account
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers that handle data on our behalf:
- Google (Google Workspace and Sheets) stores form submissions.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Wistia plays the video on our homepage and may collect viewing statistics and set cookies for that.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions while we're talking to you or working together, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless we need them longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@ghostframemedia.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Security
We limit access to submissions to the people who prepare your pitch pack and use providers with industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or sensitive personal information through the form.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
